Friday, June 28, 2013 - Dark ruby with a slight bricking rim, subdued nose of ripe plums. Lightly dry with moderate acid. Some cola, kale with a little bitter creeping in. It seemed to be a bit better on the PnP last night with fresher fruit. Starting to show it's age.
