Sunday, January 24, 2010 - This low production (250 cases) cab from California is excellent; it has a good nose and taste which builds as it sits in the glass. Drink a sip and wait 15 or 20 minutes and take another sip: the taste changes and gets better. This has been what we enjoy about this particular wine-it evolves in the glass like no other wine I know. It's pleasing and fun. Try to get some if you can.
