Thursday, July 26, 2012 - Paul's Bday at Custom House: Lovely nose of dark ripe dry red fruits, slight sour cherry.
Bit of nice sour red cherry flavors then falls off quickly. A very Burgundian, soft elegant, refined and finesse, seems younger then vintage, just falls off quickly. Good sour cherry edge. Seems younger than vintage especially from 1961.
