Friday, February 15, 2013 - Medium sweetness with a generous amount of botrytis. Aromas of white flowers soar from the glass immediately after pouring with some tropical and stone fruit in the background. Nice vanilla and oak spice. Beautifully balanced finish that really complimented the rose water ice cream we ate with it. My 8th 375 and they've all been consistently great.
