Friday, October 18, 2013 - Decanted and drunk. Light gold. Honey. Beeswax. Lemon. Lovely texture too, solid body. Hazelnuts. Swirls and changes. Lovely complexity. Very long. And then a glass left for 24 hours in the decanter. Quite amazing. This was lighter in colour and fresher, cleaner fruit. Not quite sure how that happened. Seems like plenty of life left.
