Tuesday, June 9, 2015 - Super nose which still took 2 hours to develop, amazing longevity here! Marzipan, some candied/cooked orange peel and burnt rubber. Lovely precision on the palate with a saline element and a crystalline acidity. Very good lenght carried by the acidity. No tiredness or oxidization at all!
