Tuesday, September 27, 2011 - A very lovely wine. The nose has a freshness that inspires - classic "pencil shavings" as some would say. On the palate it oozes class while not being a wine that calls attention to its self- it is comfortable being a top student in the back of the class. Sophisticated and enjoyable, it is lovely now, very fresh on the palate too and a good time to open this.
