One of the least interesting initially and one of the most at the finish. Completely disagree with the input thus far about drinking window. Given the tannins and acidity, this wine will perk up in a few years. Flavor profile lacks complexity of some mouvedres but could become more interesting with some bottle age. Blackberry and smoked meat are most dominate tastes.
