Monday, March 9, 2015 - Drank over two days. Louis Roederer website has this as a 2008 disgorge.
Day one had lime and toast on the nose. The palate was like a tart chardonnay, which probably doesn't sound like giving it due justice but it was a very fine and uplifting tartness.
Day two had more green apple on a wider, perfumed nose. Drinking it was somewhat similar to a grand cru Burgundy experience in the finesse, class and perfume this wine gave off.
