I knew better to bring him a US red so I thought this would do the trick and it did. More mineral than anything else. It has sadly lost some of the punch I remember from a few years back. I have enough bottles to think I should be drinking the rest sooner than later but think it still has a little bit of life left in it. Paired well with a scallop ceviche.
