Saturday, January 30, 2016 - Black with an earth developed looking rim.
Incredibly rich yet elegant, blood, meat stock, coffee, earth, game, black fruits, violet floral lift.
Silky smooth, super rich, finishes with very fine tannins. Lovely structure. Flavours are very rich and quite developed. Blood, coffee, meat stock, plums and blackcurrant. Absolutely delicious. Like a powerful aged chateauneuf. Quite developed for its age but drinking beautifully nonetheless.
