Thursday, October 24, 2013 - Popped and poured. Deep deep deep golden color, starts with a strong acidity to balance the sweet, but over time that fades away and the wine becomes more of a straight syrupy flavor. Very dense and thick. Apricots and that thick honey that you get out of the little bear tubes. Paired incredibly well with a maple gelato.
