Thursday, February 20, 2014 - 10.5% alcohol. Clear light amber/copper hue, or tea-colored, as someone suggested. Wonderful bouquet of pine needles, apricots, pumpkin pie, rosemary, honey, peach syrup, nectarines. A raisined, oxidized quality reminiscent of a vin santo. Based on color and complexity I would have guessed a significantly older wine. Outstanding by itself and with raspberry panna cotta for dessert.
