Very clean, good acidity. At one point there was a lovely spike mid-palate of pure slate rock that developed after 30 minutes. This has always been a fave moscatel of mine.
Went great with shrimp soup.
While not as impressive as the one from a Magnum I had in the past, this still is an Excellent food wine (or even sip alone or with oysters).

Showing great now. Unless in a Magnum, probably she's not gonna gain a lot from more cellaring (unless you want more butter and toffee notes for the price of probably some nice acidity).
