Friday, March 9, 2012 - DoktaP, JoeG and Basecadet Visit KW (Dave's House): Popped and poured. Subdued nose of lemon zest and crushed rocks. Mirrored on the palate, with beautiful weight and texture. Nice long finish, ending with a hint of bitterness. Mouth watering acidity was an excellent compliment to the corresponding scallop dish. This was not very expressive at the moment, which was unfortunate, because it seems like everything is there.
