Friday, March 13, 2015 - Initial nose of smoke, plum, bacon, cherry; almost no sediment upon decanting; black currant, roasted espresso bean and chocolate notes emerge; medium acidity; a bit hot; medium-plus finish; medium-plus cocoa tannins.
