Sunday, April 12, 2015 - Lemony, stony nose - Rand gets a "butter-creamyness" to the nose as well. A mild, mild lemon curd with a slightly honeyed finish - really lovely. If not at its peak, very close thereto. Still some lively acidity to keep things brisk. Drink within 1-3 years.
