Sunday, April 19, 2015 - Dark red. Moderate nose of grilled herbs and stone. Still tight and closed. Did have raspberry and currents at the end. Will wait a few years on my next bottle. Did open with the Coravin so I will come back to this bottle when I can decant it and give it more air time.
