Wednesday, March 28, 2012 - Cracked open a bottle tonight, straight from the bottle to the glass. Still tasting beautifully, appears to be on a slow decline, but wonderful notes of tobacco, Yerba Mate, green grass cutlings. Evolving over 3 or 4 hours.
