Saturday, February 14, 2015 - Popped and poured, followed for approximately 3 hours. Light gold in the glass, with persistent micro bubbles. On the nose, tangerine, lemon zest, toasted nut, red apple, crushed rock, spice, brioche, and marzipan. On the palate, fine mouse, medium plus acidity, dosage is relatively low. Finishes moderate length, accentuated with tastes of red apple, tangerine peel, lemon zest, hazelnut, yeast, salted caramel and mineral.
