Thursday, June 10, 2010 - 14.1% ABV. Popped this with the intention of following it for a couple days. First impression - cloudy translucent light garnet with a hint of tawny. Earthy black cherry nose. Complex and sophisticated smelling. Tangy black cherry attack with some stemmy tannin mid-palate. Medium bodied, nicely balanced. Day two, this had not changed noticeably.
