Wednesday, December 31, 2014 - NYE with Cathy. Classic Chenin nose of ginger ale, lanolin, honey, apricot and marzipan. Medium sweet, moderate acidity, slightly warm ginger finish. Medium length. I think this was the best bottle yet.
