Sunday, February 14, 2010 - Loved this wine. Decanted for about an hour and had with an amazing homemade lasagna. I was expecting it to be tight and probably way too early. Surprised all of us that a 2007 could be this good at this stage. Can't wait to open another one but will wait a while as it'll get even better.
