Tuesday, May 13, 2014 - Burgundy Producer Dinner (Bistro de l'Hotel - Beaune): Only the 2nd time I've had this wine. First time it was corked and this 2nd wonderful bottle was opened in Beaune! Lots of black fruit, tobacco, spice. Very intense but with great overall balance, textures. Still fresh.
