Thursday, May 21, 2015 - Burgundy dinner (The Grill Room at Capella Hotel Georgetown): Not premoxed but very mature for a 2007 GC. Ripe yellow pit fruits, honey and mineral. Medium concentration, ripe yellow fruit, medium acidity and medium finish. It got fresher with air. Need a bit more freshness and precision. I have had great bottles from the 90s. Although I like the wine, poor QPR.
