Saturday, November 22, 2014 - Tenth Annual White Truffle Dinner (Chez Weber - Chicago IL): In Lafon Perrieres vertical. Lots of ripe orchard fruit, peach hints, roasted walnut and good sweet spice. Very good depth and length.
