Monday, August 19, 2013 - Ripe, sweet smelling bramble berry fruits and prunes. Tannins and acids on the palate as the fruit is starting to fall away. Finish is a little heavy. 15.2% alcohol, this big old fashioned Zin has calmed down and entered a clumsy phase.
