Tuesday, February 17, 2015 - The nose is very "cool" - not tropical or overwhelming. Same with the palate - very lithe yet still fully concentrated and sweet. Seems to have a minty / menthol component along with the tropical fruit. Medium acidity but not at all flabby. Delicious.
