Monday, April 15, 2013 - Rotating Dinner Series-2010 Oregon Pinot Noirs (Aquitaine, Chicago IL): Nose: There is a real nice freshness and aromatic quality on the nose with tones of white peaches, nectarines, papaya, white fruits, pears, and some minerals as well. There is a bit more of a plush side to the nose right now.
Taste: Medium bodied with mouth watering medium+ acidity. The feel is very pretty along with fresh tones of white peaches, nectarines, papaya, minerals, and a touch of white fruits.
Overall: This was wound a bit more tight than the 04. It still has some baby fat to shed, but there is nice depth with a plusher quality to it as well.
