Tuesday, July 7, 2015 - Color golden yellow. Light, fine mousse. Nose toast, yeast and a hint of sherry. Palate rich fruit, baked apples, honey, hints of nuts and toast in finish. Note from memory of last night. One of the better aged champagnes I've had.
