Thursday, May 6, 2010 - Decanted for about 45 minutes but wine was still slightly "hot". After about 90 minutes, wine began to open up and got better from there. At 2 hours decanting, wine was enjoyable with more complex flavors. I would have given it a higher score but it is still too young. Hold or decant for at least 2 hours. Enjoyed over a dinner of Tri-tip.
