Saturday, February 2, 2013 - Decanted for 2 hours, and served with Grass Fed Filet Mignon, Asparagus and Sweet Potato. Blue Cheese Butter on the steaks combined with this wine were incredible. The subtle complexity of the wine was not lost on us, and each new bite of steak brought out a slightly different depth of the wine. It's my 2nd purchase of a $100+ wine, and it was well worth it.
