Thursday, May 21, 2015 - Opened and drank over 4 hours. Started out closed and muted. After 30 minutes this French style wine started to open. Beautifully put together and silky smooth. Scalpel like. Not over ripe or extracted. Napa taste and feel with a French influence. Dominus was my first thought when tasted. Also Robert Mondavi Reserve came to mind. But this has its own signature, its own identity. 94/95
