Geaux Tigers Does not like this wine:

Saturday, May 9, 2015 - This was a roller coaster....started odd, bitter nose...after a half hour decant some vanilla and fruit, but medium long finish with soy sauce, black olive finish... 30 min later, smooth with plum, nice medium finis in, but another 30 min, this went bitter, tart, little fruit, borderline awful...cork had good integrity so was surprised with the journey. Hope bottle 2 is better. What a disappointing ride.
