Sunday, May 18, 2014 - (Bottle from 70s.)
Golden yellow colour with a cupper shimmer and extremely tiny bubbles. Very good shape for such an old bottle!
Very mature on the nose showing chocolate in a powerful and intensive style. Cognac and a very nice long finish.

This bottle really took everyone by surprise with it's freshness combined with mature notes. A great bottle showing how good champagne matures, even when it comes to standard non-vintage ones!
