Tasted non blind at a wine dinner.

Light yellow to yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of soaked pears, yellow apples, hazelnut and talc. Flavors of lemon, Granny Smith apples, yellow pears and a bit of minerals on the finish. Medium to bright acidity, full bodied. Drink over the short term. This was my last bottle sadly.
