Sunday, February 12, 2012 - Drinking quite well at this stage Still has similar characteristics to my prior evaluations. Lemon, touch of creme brulee/custard, baked apple, minerals, and not overly manipulated oak. Quite elegant; crisp. A long velvety finish. Pairs very nicely with butter fried Opah fish, with a lemon, miso and honey sauce.
