Monday, July 8, 2013 - Really nice. Lots of aromatics featuring fresh cut fruits, stones and dried flowers/leaves. Palate has both round fruit and crisp mineralic acidity, decent length. Only the golden hue gives away its age. Fabulous match to seared scallops over a green salad and potato gillette.
