Thursday, July 18, 2013 - Light straw yellow. Citrus nose, with hints of licorice and fresh mown grass. Top notes are the forward acids, citrus, kiwi, lime, lemon grass, tart green apple. A slight hint of sweetness in the finish. Still can benefit form time in the bottle.
