Thursday, August 23, 2012 - Decanted 90 minutes. Deep garnet fading to a brown varnish. Medium-bodied, glass- and mouth-coating velvet. Fragrant strawberry, vanilla, and roasted herbs. Red and black fruits forward, with noticeable but not unpleasant tannins. Mild chipotle and chocolate on the finish. Drink up, now.
