Friday, October 11, 2013 - Pasta Bolgnese throwdown at Wolffe's (Coral Gables, FL): Wine of the night, and would have never guessed Barbera if served blind. This had very much a Chianti Classico profile of sweet fruit intermixed with subtle flowers imbued with toasty oak. Very fine and could hang a couple of m,ore years in a cellar.
