Thursday, October 7, 2010 - Pale lemon yellow, small bubbles. Elegant, perfect balance, seductive, tight acidity, perfect mousse, apples, bread and yeast. Very youthfull, intense, increadible purity and lemons with a nice minerality, minutes of length. The best Bolly I've had, and the best Champagne for a long time. WOW!
