Saturday, January 15, 2011 - Cervinia & Zermatt Ski Trip; 1/15/2011-1/16/2011 (Cervinia, Italy): At the great gem of a restaurant that Zum See is in Zermatt. Granted it was a bit too cold so not a proper TN and hence the no score. Still feels fwd and well made. Easy to enjoy young and although still has lots of tannin some decanting can do wonders here. But best wait. Ornellaia name on the label adds though a layer of extra premium on the cost...
