Thursday, July 7, 2016 - Casual Burg Dinner with Friends (The Bristol - Chicago IL): Red fruit throughout with background spice, this is clearly a wine requiring more cellar time and patience. This kept evolving in glass, but I never felt it was really totally forthcoming, and instead was the rare backward 2006.
