Monday, December 21, 2015 - Very pale gold color. A flowery nose of tropical fruits that put a smile on my face. I kept delaying tasting since I couldn't quit smelling it. Peach and apple on the palate, balanced with a perfect level of sweetness and acids. A superb spatlese that should be drinking well for another decade or more.
