Wednesday, April 27, 2011 - simply lovely maturing CNDP. Drunk at cellar temp and so refreshing. With time more complexity and herbs apparent, very smooth and no heat at all. Still has a long life & I think this could prove to be one of the best Clos des Papes ever.
