Sunday, February 8, 2015 - Decanted for 90 mins. Initially, dark cherry fruit, leather, garrigue and brett on the nose, with a disjointed palate and a clipped finish. Vacu-vined until the following lunchtime, the wine showed better balance with less brett and an interesting minty note adding to a pretty nose. The last glass that evening was the best. Overall a strange experience and not as enjoyable as a bottle 18 months earlier. ***1/2??
