Friday, February 15, 2013 - Châteaneuf du Pape; Clos des Papes tasting plus some extra's (@ AS): Beautiful and mature bouquet which was a bit musty at first, but that blows off quite quickly. On the palate still some fruits and garrigue, a beautiful balance between acidity and sweetness, still good tannin with a bite and a great length. Fully mature now, but this can last for another 5+ years.
