Wednesday, December 5, 2012 - Rich, delicious, full-bodied blackberry fruit with very smooth black olive, violet, and licorice flavors, excellent structure, flavors very well integrated, long finish, beautiful bottle of wine, this is clearly the precursor to Saxum's great 2007 JB Syrah.

12/7/2012 11:09:00 AM - Like the comment on being the precursor to the 07. Wait for the 2012, this will shape out to be a fantastic JB. Tasted the only couple of days old wines from barrel that will make up the JB 2012 and it will rival the 2007!!!!
