Saturday, August 22, 2015 - Drunk in two parts, three days apart, and stored under vacuum between those days.
Day 1: a fairly deep colour; a mixture of dark fruits, a hint of menthol and some savoury notes. Quite concentrated. Approachable, but should keep well. Perhaps 91/100.
Day 2: This has developed noticeably since the previous occasion and now has concentrated, spicy, savoury, meaty flavours. Good length. Excellent wine and an extra mark.
